"I was
born in Bedfordshire, England, in 1971 and have remained there ever
since. I didn’t discover the joys of the pulps until I was nineteen or
twenty when I found one of the Conan paperbacks. After reading
everything Conan I went onto Solomon Kane, Thongor, and almost anything
by Lin Carter. I just tend to read something new as and when I find it.
I also like James Herbert, Tolkein and Arthur C. Clarke amongst others
(My favourite book is ‘Rendezvous with Rama’ by Clarke…).I’m also
heavily into the British Comic ‘2000AD’, which I’ve been reading for so
many years now it seems ridiculous.
By day I’m a humble postie, but the rest of my time is spent sampling ales, lifting kettlebells and attempting to learn magic, amongst other things. Musical tastes run the whole gamut, from Mussorgsky to Motorhead and way beyond. I also have an unhealthy obsession with motorcycles of all shapes and sizes…
